1. General
1.1 Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! We're so glad you’ve made it here. This might not be the most exciting document you’ll ever read, but it’s important to set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Just for clarity: when we say “us,” “we,” or “STG,” we mean the Swiss Trade Group & Partner AG.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply when you place an order with us via the website www.quikflipswiss.ch.
1.3 By placing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, or the "Conditions" as we’ll call them from now on. Please make sure to read and understand them before placing your order.
1.4 To place an order, you must have the right to enter into contracts. This means you must be a natural person, at least 16 years old, and not under guardianship. You must also have a valid email address and a delivery address in Switzerland.
1.5 You may not place an order for entrepreneurial, commercial, or self-employed purposes. We do not issue invoices with VAT for business purposes.
1.6 We have the right to change these conditions, but the conditions you agreed to at the time of your purchase will always apply to that specific purchase. Any changes will be included in the latest published version of the Terms in the Online Store. Changes to the Terms will be effective from the time you accept them, i.e., in connection with a new purchase. This means we can and likely will change our Terms from time to time. Please check this page regularly to stay updated.
2. Prices and Shipping Costs
2.1 The prices displayed in the Online Store include VAT, but not shipping costs. The total cost of your purchase, including shipping costs, will be displayed in the checkout view.
2.2 Shipping costs will be shown in the checkout view, where the available delivery options will be presented. Shipping costs are the same for all orders, regardless of the size and weight of your package. The cost for each shipping method will be clearly indicated at checkout. Our standard shipping cost is CHF 7.50. If we cannot deliver your order in full and must make more than one delivery, you will only be charged for one shipment.
2.3 For defective or faulty items, no return or shipping costs will be charged. We will replace the defective items without shipping costs. For products/items returned due to defects, we will not charge you any fees or expenses, including shipping costs incurred in delivering the products, and/or the costs of returning the products to us. We will send you a return label via email which you can attach to the package and drop off at the post office.
3. Order
3.1 Want to place an order? Great! Here’s how. You add the items you want to order to your shopping cart by clicking on “Add to Cart.” In the cart view, you can review your order and remove any items you no longer want before proceeding to checkout. When you place your order by clicking the “Complete Purchase” button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart. Depending on the payment method you choose, additional steps may be required to complete your payment.
3.2 Once we receive your order, we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. Please note that an order placed is only an offer and does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been approved by us. After approval, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the important information regarding your order and delivery. The shipping confirmation email represents our acceptance of your order and the completion of our contract. Yay!
3.3 There may be various reasons we are unable to approve your order. We reserve the right to reject your order for operational, legal, or commercial reasons. This could be the case if the item you ordered is defective and we have no stock left or if we suspect the items are being ordered for commercial resale. If we are unable to approve your order, we will inform you as soon as possible after sending the automatic email confirmation, but of course, before we approve the order and send you the shipping confirmation.
3.4 If we have already received payment for an order that we are unable to approve, we will strive to refund the corresponding amount using the same method you used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements need to be made for any reason, we will contact you to process the refund.
4. Payment Methods
You can pay for your goods in various ways, as described below. Depending on the payment method you choose, additional costs and terms may apply.
4.1 Payment Before or Upon Delivery

Credit or Debit Card: You can enter your payment details at the time of your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The corresponding amount will be reserved immediately on your card but will only be charged once the goods are shipped. STG reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order amount, and the correctness of the buyer’s address details. We may reject orders based on the results of these checks.

PayPal: STG reserves the right to verify the validity of your PayPal account, the available balance to cover the order amount, and the billing address. We may also reject orders based on the results of this verification. When you use PayPal, the corresponding amount is immediately reserved on your PayPal account but only debited once the goods are shipped. STG reserves the right to refuse any purchase.
4.2 Payment on Invoice
You will receive your invoice, and once your payment is received, the items will be released for shipping, and you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
5. Delivery
5.1 Want to know when your order will arrive? Before placing your order, the estimated delivery time will be shown in the checkout view. After your order is approved, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the relevant information about your order and the selected shipping option.
5.2 Even though we do our best to deliver within the specified time frame, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unexpected events. If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact customer service. They will do their best to assist you.
5.3 Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order or respond to the delivery driver. No worries, we all know how that goes. However, if your order cannot be delivered after several attempts, or if your order isn’t picked up at the collection point after multiple reminders, we have the right to charge you the return shipping cost of CHF 7.50.
6. Defects
6.1 Please check the shipment (goods) immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition.
If the delivered goods are damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier and to us. If we do not receive a complaint (written or electronic) within 7 days, the deliveries and services will be deemed approved.
7. Our Liability
7.1 All reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the information in our online store is correct, complete, and up-to-date. Despite our efforts, information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We are not bound by such information if you knew or should have known that the information was inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
7.2 We make every effort to accurately display and describe the properties of our products in the online store, including size, composition, and colors. However, the displayed color depends on your device. The measurements we provide are only approximations to help assess the model or fit of the item. They are not a guarantee of the actual dimensions of the item you will receive, as final measurements may vary depending on the material used in production. If you are dissatisfied with the item you ordered due to size, you can exchange it. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging at your expense; otherwise, we cannot offer an exchange. Please specify the size you desire. Shipping costs over CHF 15.00 will be charged to you.
7.3 What happens if something goes really wrong? If an event occurs that we cannot reasonably overcome or foresee, we are no longer obligated to fulfill our contract with you. Such events include, but are not limited to, government actions or omissions, new laws, labor disputes, war or the threat of war, major disruptions to public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosions, pandemics, epidemics, viruses, and natural disasters. In the event of such an occurrence, we are not liable for damages. Please note that as a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase under these circumstances.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
8.1 If you have a complaint regarding our products or services, please contact customer service.
8.2 We adhere to the applicable local alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for resolving potential customer complaints.
8.3 For all contractual relationships governed by these terms, Swiss substantive law applies.
We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and do not intend to exclude or limit your rights under these terms.
The court of jurisdiction is the customer’s residence in Switzerland.
